1. Introduction

Welcome to En Paz Therapy. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of psychological services provided by Javiera Henríquez, authorized psychologist based in Denmark.

By booking or attending a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

  • Individual psychotherapy for adults (18+)
  • Online sessions via Whereby (GDPR-compliant)
  • Occasional in-person sessions in Copenhagen
  • Free 15-minute consultation

3. Online Therapy Requirements

  • Stable internet connection
  • Private environment
  • Device with camera and microphone

En Paz Therapy is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side.

4. Suitability of Services

Online therapy may not be appropriate for severe psychiatric conditions, active suicidal ideation, or crisis situations. Referrals may be provided when needed.

5. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

Your data is handled according to GDPR regulations. Sessions are not recorded without consent.

7. Booking & Cancellation

  • Sessions last approximately 60 minutes
  • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full

9. Communication

Email is for administrative purposes only. No crisis support is provided outside sessions.

10. Emergency & Crisis Support

This service does not provide emergency support.

  • Call 114 for non-urgent police matters
  • Contact Psychiatric Emergency Services or Livslinien (70 201 201)

11. Client Responsibilities

  • Attend sessions on time
  • Ensure privacy during sessions
  • Do not record sessions

12. Risks and Benefits

Therapy may involve emotional discomfort but can improve wellbeing and coping skills.

13. Termination

Therapy can be ended at any time by either party.

14. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time and published on this page.
